for the longest time, i was dedicated to ana and thinspo; however, i have since come to the understanding that i can no longer live this lifestyle - my growing sense of self-esteem has made me stronger.  don’t get me wrong: i will always be very health-conscious about staying slim and petite and will always continue with my daily exercise workouts!

additionally, until fairly recently, i used to be involved with s.i. - but i know i can no longer continue to self-injure as a way to cope with life’s pain.  i feel immense compassion for those with anorexia and for those who self-injure.
